What is an Appraisal?

How Appraisal is Calculated

New Annual Salary Current Salary + Appraisal Amount ₹10,00,000 + ₹1,50,000 = ₹11,50,000
Monthly Increase Appraisal Amount ÷ 12 ₹1,50,000 ÷ 12 = ₹12,500
New Monthly Salary Current Monthly + Monthly Increase ₹83,333 + ₹12,500 = ₹95,833
