What is Provident Fund (PF)?

How PF Calculation Works

PF calculation follows this formula:

Monthly PF Contribution = 12% of (Basic Salary + Dearness Allowance)
Total Monthly PF = Employee PF (12%) + Employer PF (12%)
Final Amount = Contributions + Compound Interest
